Vt Pinot Noir Sibaris Undurraga (150ml), A sprig of fresh thyme (One sprig), Lemon zest (One strip)

PASO A PASO

Ahora, la mezcla.

  1. In a wine glass, pour the Pinot Noir. Lightly bruise the thyme sprig to release its aromatic oils and add it to the wine. Use a lemon zest twist to garnish by gently running it around the rim of the glass, then drop it into the wine. Stir gently and enjoy the herbal notes complementing the Pinot Noir.
